Transaction strengthens Geoforce’s Industrial IoT (IIoT) offerings with Cartasite’s Driver Safety products while cementing its longtime leadership in oil & gas asset tracking.
MARCH 1st, 2019 – DALLAS, TX and DENVER, CO, USA – Geoforce, a global provider of field asset tracking solutions, announced today it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Cartasite, a leading provider of driver safety and vehicle tracking solutions.

In the transaction, which closed March 1st, Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP acted as legal advisors to Geoforce, while Sage Law Group, LLP served as legal advisors to Cartasite.
